Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple roles and stakeholder groups.
• Ability to source, assess, engage, and close candidates using diverse strategies.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative skills to partner with managers, HR, and candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to manage expectations and candidate experience.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies to manage pipelines and data.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for experienced-hire roles across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.
• Build diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing and market insights.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a high-quality experience.
• Maintain accurate data in recruiting systems and monitor metrics.
