Job summary

The Emily Program is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment and onboarding process for our teams.

You will build and manage a candidate pipeline, partner with HR leaders, and coordinate interview processes while maintaining strict confidentiality of client and employee information. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, campus partnerships, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in talent acquisition.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to assess hiring needs.
• Oversee recruitment budget and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate recruitment events and campus partnerships.
• Guide candidates through interview processes and onboarding.
