Job summary

The Emily Program in Roseville, MN is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to help build a compassionate, patient-centered team dedicated to recovering from eating disorders. You will partner with leaders and HR business partners to generate pipelines, recruit top talent, and support onboarding, ensuring a smooth, compliant hiring process.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Psychology) preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in talent acquisition required.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build recruitment pipelines and secure top candidates.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs.
• Recruit and engage candidates through the interview process.
• Manage external communications for HR and recruitment budgets.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
