Elliot Health System is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for designated client groups (excluding physicians) in a healthcare setting. You will develop sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, extend offers, coordinate onboarding, and partner with hiring managers.

The role includes engaging with universities and attending job fairs, with on-site work in Manchester, NH, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• A minimum of one year of recruitment experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Workday software experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define and review open roles within the patient care group.
• Create job postings and advertisement material for approved requisitions.
• Attend and organize open house events/job fairs as needed.
• Build relationships with universities, alumni groups, career centers and allied health organizations.
• Source candidates using a variety of techniques and build pipelines for anticipated openings.
• Screen, interview, and refer applicants to hiring managers; manage the candidate journey.
