Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or similar experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years' recruiting experience.
• Creative approach to sourcing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills (in-person/virtual).
• Ability to collaborate, influence and lead change with leaders and partners.
• Desire for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute full life cycle recruiting from attraction through onboarding.
• Source and attract diverse internal and external candidates via referrals, social media, networking, etc.
• Conduct phone screens, assess candidates, and facilitate interview feedback sessions.
• Build talent communities and candidate pipelines.
• Contribute to process improvements to deliver quality results.
