Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks an Early Talent Event Specialist to lead campus recruiting events and national conferences, attracting early-career talent and strengthening the employer brand. You will coordinate logistics with recruiters, universities, and vendors to deliver engaging candidate experiences aligned with hiring goals.

You will support full-cycle recruiting for Early Career programs, manage schedules and budgets, and drive improvements in processes and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
