Trane Technologies is seeking an Early Talent Event Specialist to lead campus recruiting events and national conferences, aligning with hiring goals. You will partner with recruiters, universities and vendors, delivering engaging candidate experiences while managing multiple priorities.

The role requires strong organization, relationship-building, and travel up to 20-35%. Onsite work Monday–Thursday with Fridays allowing location choice, in support of North America programs.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate large-scale campus recruiting and diversity-focused events.
Manage recruiting logistics, vendor coordination, and candidate communications.
Support full-cycle recruiting for Early Career programs.
Drive process improvements, budgets and procurement compliance.
Research partnerships, events and tools to strengthen recruiting efforts.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
