Job summary

Trane Technologies in Colorado is seeking an HR Generalist/Recruiter to deliver local HR services and own the hourly recruiting process for manufacturing facilities. You will partner with leaders, source passive candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience, supporting engagement and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and strong interviewing skills, with travel around 5% and a competitive on-site salary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, related area, or minimum of 3 years related experience.
Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
Experience with HRMS and PeopleSoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute full life cycle recruiting from candidate attraction through onboarding.
Partner with HR and hiring leaders to develop recruitment strategies, demand plan, understand position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communications.
Source diverse internal and external candidates through referrals, social media, networking, niche resources.
Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and facilitate interview feedback sessions.
