Thrasher Foundation Repair is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to identify, engage, and hire the talent needed to support growth across our residential construction teams. You will partner with leaders to understand needs and anticipate hiring challenges.

Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting; use data to tell the story behind results; build relationships with hiring managers; and create a positive candidate experience that reflects our WOW culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret recruiting metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Construction or sales recruiting experience preferred.
• Pre-employment screening includes background checks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.
• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions.
• Actively recruit using creative, persistent approaches to engage candidates.
• Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify trends and optimize strategies.
• Tell data-driven stories to help stakeholders understand recruiting performance and opportunities.
