• Manage full life-cycle recruitment across multiple PCI sites, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with TA team and hiring managers to design effective recruitment strategies.
• Guide candidate management, interview processes, and offer decisions with stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
