You will partner with hiring teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience, build strong relationships with managers, and maintain robust pipelines to meet future hiring needs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of fast-scaling experience, strong ATS skills, and a proactive, data‑driven approach in a high‑volume environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a fast-growing company.
• Experience filling roles across multiple functions and employee levels.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for roles across Corporate, Customer Experience, and Optical Labs.
• Partner with hiring teams to ensure a smooth, efficient candidate experience.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners for a best-in-class process.
• Track and report on key metrics for all open roles.
• Contribute to recruitment strategies.
• Develop communications across internal and external job boards.
• Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
