Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle for part-time and full-time roles across 22 locations in Eastern North Carolina.

The ideal candidate will source talent creatively, maintain transparent pipelines, monitor time-to-fill, and provide data-driven updates to the Vice President of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record recruiting for multiple roles and pipelines.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions independently.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics.

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Recruit for part-time and full-time roles across 22 locations.
• Develop proactive sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, colleges, community partnerships.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and managers on requirements, timelines, and assessments.
• Maintain transparent candidate pipelines in ATS and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Identify barriers and propose solutions to improve hiring outcomes.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Represent organization at career fairs and recruitment events in Eastern NC.
