Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwestern North Carolina seeks a Talent Operations Specialist to manage onboarding workflows, training logistics, and safety compliance across the organization. This role serves as the primary system administrator for training tracking and supports the Learning team in delivering the talent development roadmap.

Qualifications

• Progressive administrative experience in HR operations, training coordination, or learning administration.
• Experience with HRIS/LMS systems and auditing training records.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service approach.
• Detail-oriented with multi-step logistics and compliance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities, training logistics, and monthly orientations.
• Maintain training records in BambooHR and SLU with accurate completion status.
• Track certifications (CPR/First Aid, safety) and issue renewal notices.
• Prepare training modules and coordinate external instructors and vendors.
• Support site-level training audits and provide admin support as needed.
