Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across functions. You will partner with hiring managers and manage pipelines from intake to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in full lifecycle recruitment, experience both in agency and in-house, and a track record hiring for technical and non-technical roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Educational background in HR or related technical field.
• 5+ years in full life-cycle recruitment, collaborating with managers and candidates.
• Experience both with agencies and in-house recruiting.
• Proven sourcing, candidate management and candidate experience.
• Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from intake to onboarding.
• Develop proactive pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build relationships.
• Assist in implementing HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Support employee relations and performance/talent management.
• Contribute to HR strategy execution and retention efforts.
