Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a People Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals across rapid growth units. You will drive workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership coaching to enhance performance and retention.

The role requires advising leaders on talent strategy, employee engagement, and ER matters, while partnering with Talent Management and Total Rewards to implement programs and drive growth. Strong data acumen and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, including advisory/business partnership
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed or multinational environments
• Strong understanding of core HR functions: performance, ER, org design, workforce planning
• Proven ability to use HR data and analytics to inform decision-making

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate goals into actionable people plans
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions
• Coach leaders on talent strategy, performance management, and employee engagement
• Advise on employee relations with the COE
• Collaborate with Talent Management and Total Rewards on programs and rewards
• Analyze people data to identify trends and present data-driven recommendations
• Champion change management and comms for transformation and adoption
• Ensure compliance with policies and local labor laws
