Job summary

Meriton is seeking a Recruiting Manager - Talent Strategy to lead one of our recruiting PODs, partnering with OPCO Presidents and business leaders to forecast needs and execute full-cycle recruiting across sales, trades, operations, and other roles. This role balances hands-on recruiting with regional team leadership in a high-growth environment.

You will drive hiring strategy, establish quarterly plans, and ensure a consistent Meriton recruiting process with strong candidate and hiring manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including proactive sourcing.
• Experience leading or coaching recruiters; formal people management experience preferred.
• Experience advising business leaders on recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and labor market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the POD’s recruiters, setting priorities and building recruiting capability across sales, trades, operations, and other roles.
• Serve as the primary TA advisor to OPCO Presidents and leaders; build relationships and align hiring approaches with business needs.
• Partner with OPCOs on workforce planning, growth plans, and hiring capacity; translate plans into quarterly hiring priorities and pipelines.
• Own full cycle recruiting for high-impact requisitions, including leadership searches, from intake to onboarding.
• Ensure standardized assessment and scorecards; coach managers on timely feedback and sound hiring decisions.
• Monitor requisition progress, time to fill, and source effectiveness; drive improvements.
