Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across Engineering and technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers and Talent stakeholders to develop targeted recruiting strategies, ensuring alignment to workforce needs and priorities.

You’ll be viewed as a trusted advisor, influencing hiring decisions and delivering a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. Use data and sourcing innovations to improve recruiting effectiveness and outcomes.

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably engineering roles.
• Ability to partner with managers on strategy and execution.
• Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions with accuracy and speed.
• Strong sourcing skills across active and passive candidate markets.
• Experience using recruiting data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
