Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for Engineering and technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers and Talent stakeholders to develop tailored recruiting strategies, source top talent, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience with data-informed decisions.

You will influence hiring decisions through market insights, manage offers, and ensure alignment to internal equity while maintaining a smooth, compliant process within Workday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers on recruiting strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong sourcing skills across active and passive candidate markets.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience using recruiting data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for a range of Engineering and technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate talent expectations, and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, assess, and advance candidates aligned to technical requirements and company values.
• Lead offer development and negotiations, ensuring internal equity and market data alignment.
• Proactively identify talent pipeline risks and adjust strategies.
