You will partner with business leaders and HR partners to align on role expectations, source candidates, and guide negotiations with approved salary structures.

Domestic travel is required up to 20% as needed to support hiring across sites. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting, experience with SuccessFactors ATS,

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years full life-cycle recruiting in both corporate and agency environments.
• Experience with SuccessFactors ATS is strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel 15-20% domestically.
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles and exempt field positions.
• Develop relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Communicate feedback and manage candidate expectations throughout the process.
• Source candidates online using Indeed, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Maintain relationships with candidates to build an applicant pool and referrals.
• Negotiate offers in line with salary grades and company goals.
• Collaborate on job profiles and marketing materials for recruitment.
• Assist in metrics reporting for recruitment processes.
• Support internship program and social media initiatives.
• Collaborate with TA team on initiatives and buy-in.
