Commercial Metals Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote to own the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles. You will partner with business leaders, HR partners and agencies to understand needs, set expectations, and move candidates through a smooth process.

You will proactively source talent via Indeed, LinkedIn, and Google while managing the SuccessFactors ATS and salary discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full life-cycle recruiting in corporate and agency environments.
• Willingness to travel 15-20% domestically.
• Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment preferred.
• Experience with SuccessFactors ATS preferred.
• Proficient in internet research using Boolean strings.
• Excellent interpersonal, research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to build relationships across the business.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a large workload and change in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
• Highly organized with attention to detail and urgency to meet deadlines.
• Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and exempt roles.
• Develop relationships with leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage candidate expectations.
• Source candidates proactively using Indeed, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Manage SuccessFactors ATS including requisitions and postings.
• Lead salary discussions within approved salary grades and company goals.
• Collaborate with teams to build job profiles and marketing materials.
• Assist in recruitment metrics reporting and internship program.</=
• Collaborate with TA team on initiatives and drive engagement
