Job summary

Commercial Metals Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote-friendly team. This role leads full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions, partnering with leaders and HR Partners to align on role expectations and timelines.

You will source candidates, manage SuccessFactors ATS, negotiate offers, and support internship programs while collaborating with the TA team on initiatives in a fast-paced, manufacturing-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years full life-cycle recruiting in corporate and agency settings.
• At least 1 year of agency recruiting experience.
• Ability to travel 15–20% domestically.
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills; experience with online talent channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for corporate positions with minimal guidance.
• Develop relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Partners to set expectations.
• Communicate feedback and timelines clearly to all stakeholders.
• Source candidates and build candidate pools; seek referrals.
• Proactively recruit using Indeed, LinkedIn, and Google as needed.
• Manage SuccessFactors ATS, requisitions, postings, and candidates.
• Lead salary negotiations within approved grades and company goals.
• Partner with hiring teams to create job profiles and marketing materials.
• Assist in metrics reporting and recruitment analytics.
• Support corporate recruiting internship programs and social media initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues on initiatives and buy-in.
