Progress Residential is hiring a Recruiting Partner to deliver full life cycle recruiting across the organization. You will conduct intake meetings, source and screen, interview, and assess candidates to present highly qualified talent to hiring managers.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and networking skills with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiters from intake to onboarding for multiple requisitions.
• Develop relationships with candidates and provide a thoughtful experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and team goals.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Maintain data in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure compliance.
