Job summary

UNKNOWN in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across all departments, from field leadership to corporate roles.

You will develop strategies, manage end-to-end processes, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers while partnering with hiring managers to meet KPI targets and build a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced corporate environment- Retail or Sales Recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience achieving KPIs for placements per month, time-to-fill, screenings, interviews, and candidate experience.
• Self-motivated, Metrics drive & passion around urgency of hire.
• Ability to manage a diverse range of roles including Corporate based leadership.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
• A self-starter with a high level of initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and set recruitment priorities.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to build a consistent pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Communicate with candidates in a prompt and timely manner throughout the interview process
• Negotiate offers and assist with the onboarding process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting trends, competitor strategies, and best practices.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our company’s attractiveness to potential candidates.
