Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Sr. Director of Workforce Strategy & Partnerships to design, advance, and scale workforce partnerships and programs aligned with business and community needs.

The role reports to the VP of Workforce Strategy and Training Initiatives and requires deep expertise in strategic planning, workforce development, and change leadership, with travel to engage diverse stakeholders across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in workforce development, talent strategy, public-private partnerships, or related field.
• Experience overseeing complex programs, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise workforce innovation strategies addressing current and future challenges.
• Develop and maintain executive-level partnerships with employers, educational institutions, and government bodies.
• Oversee grant strategy, proposals, compliance, and performance reporting.
• Ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes aligned with funding requirements.
