Isola Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Ridgeway, SC facility. You will support full recruitment lifecycle, post roles, screen resumes, conduct initial screens, and coordinate interviews while maintaining our ATS. The role also provides HR admin support and helps with employee engagement initiatives.

You will report to a Senior Recruiter or HR Manager and collaborate with hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in HR administration and recruiting.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and conflict-management skills.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Mansioni

• Sourcing & Posting: Post job openings on professional networks, job boards, and social media.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Candidate Experience: Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide updates and feedback.
• ATS Management: Maintain accurate applicant data, prepare offer letters, and coordinate background checks.
• Networking & Outreach: Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline.
• Onboarding: Maintain employee files, ensure document accuracy, and prepare orientation materials for new hires.
• Employee Engagement: Support engagement events and recognition initiatives to strengthen culture.
• Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a culture of excellence.
• HR Administration: Maintain personnel records and ensure HRIS data integrity through regular input, audits, and updates.
• Project Support: Assist with various HR projects as assigned.
