Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelors’ degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in a customer service environment.
• Previous Sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact between customers, field sales/tech, and internal departments.
• Receive, enter, and process customer orders and inquiries with focus on speed and accuracy.
• Prepare quotes and respond to inquiries promptly in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage accounts and terms with databases, price lists, and master files (SAP/Google/Portal).
• Provide answers on lead times, order/shipment status, and basic product capabilities.
• Seek approval for deviations and suggest process improvements.
• Reduce complexity to improve performance and lower costs.
• Develop long-term customer relationships while supporting company objectives.
• Support field sales and tech service teams; cross-train on other functions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education
