Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting in manufacturing or similar industries.
• Experience with Workday Recruit ATS.
• Strong sourcing skills and understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Boolean search).
• Highly developed passive recruiting skills: prospecting, cold calling, referrals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end recruitment plans for assigned roles.
• Lead internship and early career recruiting initiatives.
• Create role-based job descriptions and interview guides.
• Source, pre-screen and manage candidates through the process.
• Schedule interviews and facilitate decision meetings with hiring teams.
• Monitor offers and align expectations with compensation practices.
• Manage pre-employment and onboarding for new hires.
• Partner with agencies, colleges, and universities to attract talent.
• Execute sourcing searches via niche boards, networks, and ATS tools.
• Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake and branding tools to attract top candidates.
