Job summary

Haynes Mechanical Systems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and drive end-to-end recruiting across our multi-site organization. You will develop talent strategies, craft compelling postings, source top candidates, and guide them from sourcing to offer.

The role emphasizes effective communication, robust candidate experience, and collaboration with operations, sales, BAS, and administration to meet staffing needs timely and cost-efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field – or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting; manufacturing/distribution experience preferred
• Experience recruiting Commercial HVAC and Industrial Service Technicians desirable
• Strong sourcing methods and candidate pipeline development
• Proficient with ATS and other databases; excellent communication

Responsibilities

• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Collaborate with Hiring Leaders to define position requirements and intake sessions
• Create job postings and campaigns across job sites and platforms
• Build and manage candidate pipelines; screen applicants and conduct pre-screens
• Coordinate interviews and assist with in-person interviewing
• Perform technical assessments and reference checks as needed
• Manage offers with hiring managers and track onboarding progress
• Maintain timely candidate communications for a best-in-class experience
