Republic Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions and to build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HR teams. The role emphasizes creative sourcing, active and passive candidate engagement, and delivering compelling offers.

The ideal candidate prioritizes multiple assignments, stays organized, and leverages ATS to optimize hiring processes. Strong communication and collaboration across teams are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing or human resource experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with sourcing and recruiting through an applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for open positions and assist managers with candidate identification and selection.
• Source and entice a qualified pool of active and passive candidates using traditional and non-traditional channels.
• Manage candidate engagement and provide a positive candidate experience with responsive communication.
• Follow up with candidates and managers to obtain feedback on process and fit.
• Deliver and negotiate employment offers.
• Maintain tracking of requisitions and applicant activity.
• Support local universities, schools, recruitment events and community meetings to raise awareness of opportunities.
