• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles, from intake to offer.
• Partner with OpCo hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver tailored recruiting solutions.
• Provide market insights on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and timelines.
• Track recruiting performance against metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline conversion.
• Manage candidate pipelines with ATS notes, momentum, and candidate experience.
