Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates using multiple recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for hourly, technical, professional, and salaried roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, manage offers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics.
• Ensure a smooth, exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain ATS data and recruiting reports; ensure compliance with policies.
