Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Ability to develop recruiting strategies and manage full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops enterprise-wide recruitment marketing strategy and manages full-cycle recruiting.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand openings and create effective strategies.
• Creates job postings and monitors activity to keep hiring timely.
• Tracks recruitment metrics and analyzes source effectiveness.
• Recruits through multiple channels and supports campus recruitment and internship programs.
• Supports employer branding and recruitment marketing across job boards and events.
• Oversees hiring practices for field locations to ensure compliance with laws.
• Assists HR with exit interviews and related protocols.
