Job summary

Community Connections, Inc. is looking for a Talent Management Business Partner Recruiter to lead the recruitment function and develop CC’s talent strategy.

The role supports full life cycle recruiting across the organization, with oversight from the Senior Director of Talent Management, and will operate in a hybrid work model after an initial 90-day period. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers, manage platforms and agencies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to establish rapport with stakeholders
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
• Ability to develop candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of recruiting
• Experience with external recruiters and temp agencies

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and guide requisition creation, descriptions, and postings.
• Manage relationships with recruiting platforms and agencies.
• Administer full life cycle recruitment from resume screening to offers.
• Coordinate onboarding, background screening, E-Verify, and HRIS entry.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and build a recruiting network.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and represent CC effectively.
• Schedule interviews and structure interviewing process across roles.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance in all HR systems.
