Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Nashville for a hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, partnering with leaders to develop effective hiring strategies and build strong candidate pipelines across the organization. The ideal candidate has eight or more years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/HRIS experience, and excellent consultative abilities to influence decisions and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA or related field.
• Eight+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across professional, sales, technical, operations and leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networks.
• Proficient with ATS, HRIS, recruitment marketing tools, and analytics.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and strategy.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates via various channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate career fairs, events, and referral programs.
