Job summary

Thrasher Group in Papillion, Nebraska seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to help identify, engage, and hire the talent needed to meet business goals. You will partner with leaders to understand needs, forecast hiring challenges, and craft recruiting strategies that go beyond simply filling openings.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably with full-cycle and high-volume recruiting.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs.
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and translate insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.
• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple openings while balancing priorities.
• Actively recruit in the market using creative, persistent outreach to engage active and passive candidates.
• Use funnel metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improve recruiting strategies.
• Turn data into a story to help partners understand performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Think several steps ahead to anticipate roadblocks and develop contingency plans.
• Build strong relationships through consistent communication and shared accountability for hiring outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate sourcing channels and candidate engagement to improve results.
