Job summary

Thrasher Group seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst to partner with the Thrasher Foundation Repair team on budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and strategic decision-making. Occasional collaboration with Supportworks and other areas is possible to support overall growth.

The role is based in Omaha, NE with in-office presence required to foster collaboration, culture, and innovation. You will translate data into clear actions and provide insightful financial leadership to the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (Sage, Salesforce, or similar).
• Ability to translate large datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
• Strong communication skills; you can speak finance to non-financial leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company's annual budgeting and rolling forecast models.
• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs that drive operational visibility.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, pricing and performance.
• Serve as a strategic partner to operational leaders, translating numbers into action.
• Support senior leadership and board-level financial reporting.
