Opry Entertainment Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding. You will partner with business leaders and HR teams to support workforce planning and attract top talent in our Nashville office.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of recruiting experience, experience with an ATS, and familiarity with marketing, social media, and employment branding.

Formación

• 4+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Working experience with an ATS.
• Experience with marketing, social media, and/or employment branding strongly preferred.
• Degree in a related area or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop recruiting strategies that support operational and long-term workforce needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, offer development, negotiation, onboarding support, and candidate experience management.
• Conduct interviews and candidate evaluations to assess qualifications, experience, competencies, and organizational fit, providing hiring leaders with informed recommendations.
• Support HR Business Partners on recruiting processes, candidate assessment techniques, and hiring best practices.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, educational partnerships, professional associations, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Analyze recruiting and workforce data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and provide recommendations that support talent acquisition objectives.
