Responsibilities

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience with timely updates.
• Create pipelines using ATS, job boards, social networks and events.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to align priorities and report progress.
• Review resumes to screen qualifications and fit.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Determine salary within compensation guidelines.
• Communicate offers and manage related forms and signatures.
• Maintain Talent Operations metrics and data integrity.
• Support and train teammates; adhere to TA processes.
