Opensity Solutions in Nashville is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support the HR Manager of the Global Operations Center. You will source and screen candidates, build a talent pipeline through passive recruiting, and coordinate interview schedules.

You will handle onboarding, employee engagement events, and job postings, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering great candidate experiences. Strong communication, organization, and tech skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or two years’ HR experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday is a plus.
• Strong technology skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
• Review and screen candidate applications and resumes.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Maintain ongoing communication as primary contact for candidates.
• Develop job postings for open positions.
• Maintain confidential HR information.
• Perform other recruiting duties and special projects.
