Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events.
• Review applications, conduct screenings and interviews, and identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Complete background checks, reference checks, and credential verification.
• Develop social media recruiting campaigns to boost engagement and employer branding.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and community events.
• Maintain relationships with schools, organizations, and talent sources.
• Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics; keep leadership updated.
