Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a capable Talent Acquisition professional to manage full cycle recruitment from job descriptions to offers. You will work with HR colleagues and hiring managers to streamline processes and deliver a positive candidate experience, representing DFA at job fairs and recruitment activities.

You will partner with managers, coordinate interviews and travel, source candidates, maintain ATS data, and support college recruitment and internships.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in HR or related field.
• 2–5 years of talent acquisition or HR experience.
• Certification and/or license may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruitment for all levels.
• Review resumes, phone screens, and interviews; extend offers.
• Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to streamline processes.
