Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–5 years of talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience.
• Certification and/or license may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruitment: job descriptions, postings, resumes review, phone screens, interviews, offers.
• Consult with management on recruitment, promotions, and transfers; advise on TA best practices.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient processes.
• Coordinate interviews and travel for candidates; manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Collaborate with external agencies; ensure contracts are in place and sourcing is compliant.
• Represent DFA at job fairs and career events to attract talent and strengthen employer brand.
