Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full life-cycle recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, and corporate roles. You will source, screen, interview, and present offers while building a diverse candidate pipeline.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage ATS (iCIMS), ensure compliance, and deliver regular recruitment metrics. This role requires 2–5 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel 5-10% locally

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of Talent Acquisition and recruiting experience.
• Proficient with iCIMS or other ATS.
• Sourcing with multiple methods and tools.
• Strong communication and candidate relationship management.
• Knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Candidate‑first approach and problem solving.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic Excel/Sheets.
• Familiar with corporate recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Follows corporate recruiting practices for exempt and non‑exempt openings.
• Drafts job postings, screens resumes, interviews candidates by phone or in person.
• Administers assessments, reference and background checks, offers.
• Partners with hiring managers and staffing agencies to manage headcount.
• Manages internal transfers: screening, interview coordination, offers.
• Presents offers including compensation, benefits, and non‑compete terms.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
• Maintains recruitment documentation; generates weekly/monthly reports.
• Builds partnerships with colleges, communities, and veteran groups.
• Travels locally/regionally 5‑10%.
