Job summary

Lactalis American Group in Nampa, ID is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting, build a strong talent pipeline, and partner with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment with company goals. You will enhance the candidate experience and drive strategic talent initiatives.

Position requires physical presence in the office with occasional travel, and roles in a Total Rewards environment offering development opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in agency or in-house.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, including postings, sourcing, pre-screening, and interview scheduling.
• Develop and maintain an external talent pipeline and relationships with managers for future opportunities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR Directors, and HR team to align recruitment with company goals and values.
• Create and manage recruiting strategies, criteria, and processes using internal and external resources.
• Support on-campus recruiting initiatives, career fairs, and university partnerships.
