Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full life‑cycle recruitment, partnering with managers to fill staff across manufacturing, technical, and services roles. You will screen resumes, conduct interviews, manage offers, and ensure compliant hiring practices.

You will collaborate with colleges and community groups to build a diverse talent pipeline while delivering regular recruitment reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of Talent Acquisition/recruiting experience.
• Proficient with iCIMS or other ATS.
• Proficient sourcing across multiple methods and tools.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Sourcing, Interviewing, Evaluation, Negotiating, onboarding.
• Candidate-first approach.
• Creative problem solving and willingness to learn new processes/tech.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Beginner knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficient knowledge of corporate recruiting best practices.
• Proficient priority management to work independently and make decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft effective job postings and work with temporary staffing services.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates by phone or in person, administer assessments.
• Initiate reference and background checks; recommend employment actions; deliver offers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and staffing agencies to determine headcount and staffing needs.
• Manage internal transfers including interview scheduling and offer letters.
• Present offers with compensation, benefits, and non‑compete details.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and company policy.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and generate reports for management.
• Build partnerships with colleges, community organizations, and other groups to create a talent pipeline.
• Identify and implement process improvements across recruitment.
• Travel locally and regionally 5-10%.
