Job summary

Trustmark National Bank in Jackson, MS seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner I/II to lead full life cycle recruitment. You will partner with business stakeholders to design recruitment plans and align talent strategies with organizational needs.

This role supports end-to-end recruiting, builds diverse talent pipelines, and strives to improve candidate experience while meeting hiring metrics. This position may be filled at Level I or II with expanding responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience as a Recruiter in an HR department and screening/sourcing/hiring.
• Understanding of sourcing efficiencies, candidate assessments, and negotiations.
• Knowledge of EEOC, OFCCP, Wage and Hour and related laws.
• Commitment to diverse talent sourcing and retention.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process including evaluation and referral of candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies to build pipelines for vacancies.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify current and future talent needs.
• Meet and exceed talent acquisition metrics for the role.
• Enhance candidate experience and engagement throughout the process.
• Participate in university/career events and represent the company professionally.
