Job summary

Trustmark is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full life cycle of recruitment in Jackson, MS. You will partner with business leaders to design and implement effective recruitment plans that align with organizational priorities and growth strategies.

You will lead sourcing strategies, manage candidate assessments, and drive a strong candidate experience while ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Recruiter in an HR department which includes screening, sourcing and hiring candidates.
• Knowledge of sourcing efficiencies, candidate assessments and job offer negotiations.
• Thorough knowledge of federal regulations to include EEOC, OFCCP, Wage and Hour and other applicable federal/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process to include the selection, evaluation, documentation, and referral of candidates who meet the qualifications of the open positions.
• Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, understand their key business goals and proactively partner to identify current and future talent requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategy for each vacancy to ensure a pipeline of diverse, top talent.
• Meet and exceed talent acquisition metrics which are established for this position.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improving the overall candidate experience and engagement.
• Participate in university/college careers fair event, providing a professional presentation of the Company.
