Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 0–3 years of recruiting experience; healthcare setting a plus.
• Knowledge of HR regulations (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA) and proficiency with MS Office and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Post positions and review applicants.
• Schedule interviews and candidate selections.
• Pre-hire preparation and onboarding readiness.
• Align candidate skills with openings to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
