The consultant manages a comprehensive recruiting process, which includes posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, candidate selections, pre-hire preparation, and ensuring successful arrivals on first dates of employment. They apply basic total rewards strategies to ensure the compensation package is market competitive for the position, aligns with customer expectations, and aligns with candidate skills and abilities. Finally, this position assists with workforce planning analysis to ensure the right recruiting strategies are in place and executed effectively, guides leaders in selecting the best talent, and provides other project management support as requested by their leader, particularly surrounding passive candidate sourcing strategies.
