This role leads a team of recruiters, influences senior leadership, and uses advanced data analytics to optimize workforce planning, hiring performance, and long-term talent strategy. The Talent Acquisition Manager champions operational excellence, fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration, and ensures the company attracts, engages, and hires exceptional talent in a competitive market.
